The product speaks for itself. It is quiet, powerful, and aesthetically pleasing. The customer service is top-notch. Had small technology issues, and the customer service was prompt and professional helping me troubleshoot.

I am so impressed with this air conditioner! My son needed something small and easy to install in his bedroom window and something attractive looking! It was not only easy to install, it is easy to use and quiet,,,,huge plus! His room is now nice and cool!

best AC I've ever had

I love our windmill! The design is so great. It shoots air stright up instead of out so it cools the room efficiently from the top down. I love being able to control it from the app and set automations for it to turn on and off. Our old unit used to leak on my neighbor's patio like crazy, and that hasn't been a problem so far, therefore saving us the annual strife of jerry-rigging some kind of drainage to a bulky AC.

I had a problem with my 8300 windmill following a terrible electric storm. I went online and was in contact with windmill support team where they had try a few things but it was quickly determined I needed a new unit. They took my address
and mailed me my new unit. This is the 3rd windmill unit I have in my home and when the Friedricks units go upstairs I will replace them with 2 more windmill units. Love the build the ease on installation and how cool it looks

The Windmill team was amazing

The Windmill team was amazing to work with. I received my AC and noticed it was making a buzzing noise. After some troubleshooting with the Windmill team, they offered to send me a new one to ensure I was fully satisfied. All interactions were extremely attentive and helpful. The window unit now works nicely as well!

I did a ton of research before buying an A/C. I decided to trust windmill and I was not disappointed. I had a little trouble with the AC fan at first but customer service responded in less than 15 minutes. They were attentive, kind, understandable and mostly helpful. They sent me a replacement after examining the situation and now everything runs smoothly. Always happy to support small businesses!
