Absolutely wonderful

Great customer service and a wonderful quiet ac. I bought the 8,000 btu and 10,000 btu units. Both are extremely quiet and efficient. Had an issue with the original 8,000 btu unit and customer service immediately helped me troubleshoot to try and resolve the issue. (was louder than supposed to be)
In order to resolve the issue a new 8,000 btu unit was sent immediately that I received in two days. Cannot say enough about how excellent and rapid the customer service team is!

My 8000 btu model arrived

My 8000 btu model arrived on my front porch quickly and without incident. The install was much easier than any of my previous window ac units and much safer as well. The unit is pretty good looking, cools efficiently and above all, quietly. I did have difficulty with the app in that I couldn’t load it. It’s not a big loss because phone control is not a big issue for me. I love that the indicator lights shut off until one presses the remote. I am pleased with this purchase.

I’m not an AC person at all. But living in NY you need something to cool your house during the sweltering months of July and August. The Windmill AC was perfect- easy to install, quiet and a great price. After loving the unit installed in my den, I purchased another to replace my old, loud AC in a bedroom.

Absolutely love the large 10,000 BTU Windmill. Quick setup, easy to install, sleek modern design, and feels like central air and a cool breeze on the first floor of our home. Best decision we ever made to upgrade from an old air conditioner that just blew air into one room. The upward motion of the fan cools 2-3 rooms for us!

Easy to setup, functions well, and I love features like turning the AC on and off from my phone. Also, easy on the eyes! Two people have commented that they've never seen an AC Unit so nice looking :)
