Very loud

It looks good, and cools well. We also have three of the smaller size units in bedrooms; those have all been great. But the large one is SO LOUD and rattles constantly. I sprung for the more expensive “whisper quiet” model. Definitely not quiet at all, and definitely not worth the money.

The first unit arrived…it looked

The first unit arrived…it looked great and was quiet but the room didn’t cool as it should. I reached out to customer service who was very responsive even during off hours. They helped me trouble shoot and eventually determined that a new unit was necessary. The new unit came in and is working perfectly! Fantastic customer service and I am definitely happy with the new unit.

I don’t yet wish to review the unit because I have not moved into where it was installed.
However, the installation was extremely difficult. Because there is a storm window installed, a mounting solution had to be fabricated. It took a master electrician over 2 hours to do the job properly. And, that was with my help. I certainly hope that the unit justifies all the work installing it.

Doesn’t cool at all

I got a replacement sent as the original unit I bought was not blowing cool air. The replacement doesn’t either. It does not lower the temperature in the room at all, and the space it’s cooling is less than 250 sq feet. When I first turned it on, it blew cooler air for about ten minutes then became room temperature: This air conditioner does not work. Very disappointed.
