Easier to install than other

Easier to install than other brands despite the instructions saying it would take 45 minutes.
My wife does not like light in the room at night and this air conditioner is perfect as their is very little light.
The windmill air conditioner is quiet and that helps when trying to go to sleep.
Best air conditioner we have ever purchased.

Life’s too short for a bad AC - get this

I have only had it in a few days but it’s AMAZING. My “old” AC (only 2 summers old) was driving me bananas. Loud and didn’t seem to cool the space it said it could - (also 8k BTU). As soon as I swapped them I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference. It cools so effectively and barely can tell its on! I got the whisper one since its in my bedroom. I am going to get another one for the second room. Some things are worth splurging for and this is one of them. Get this.

The unit we received was defective and the customer service we received was excellent. A new unit arrived and it was perfect. Best night’s sleep since this heatwave started! The whisper tech is so very quiet. Will definitely order again!

I appreciate the aesthetic of the AC and the mobile app functionality. However, I have no control over the direction of the airflow; I think this is a huge limitation.

The whisper quiet is real! This is an amazing a/c and worth spending a little more on. It seriously cools my whole bottom floor down and I keep checking to see if its even on b/c it's that quiet. Also, it looks great, which never hurts! Love.
