This AC unit is great. I love that you can specify the temperature and also put it on eco mode to keep a stable temperature. The app is so convenient too. Aesthetically it’s not an eye sore which is good and it was fairly easy to install. My only complaint is that it’s definitely not as quiet as the website claims it to be.

I ordered an 8,000btu WhisperTech Unit for my bedroom after reading other's reviews. The unit I received was very quiet, but had an odd vibration noise that I didn't feel was consistent with the reviews. I reached out via Facebook messenger about my concern, and received an IMMEDIATE response. I was assured that this shouldn't be happening and a new unit was shipped immediately, along with a free return label for the defective one. The second unit had the same issue, but louder. Again, they immediately worked to make it right. The third unit works great and is remarkably quiet. It cools my room quickly, was super easy to install, and the app is also great. I'll likely be buying more for other rooms in my house.

I love this AC! It was so easy to install and it looks so sleek and stylish. Also it works great for my home office because it’s quiet and I can control it through the remote or the APP, which is awesome. I love it!

The best purchase to keep cool… Windmill

I am the proud owner of the Windmill 8K with whisper tech.
First the install was a breeze… everthing included in the box!
I blends so well in the living room… Uber cool design.
On the tech front, once plugged in and connected to WIFI… barely a couple of minutes… easier to use than an iPhone (which is so intuitive!)
I have kept my unit on since I received it… I forget it’s on because it’s so quiet!
I am so happy that I am getting another unit for our bedroom… want to be cool and need to be quiet to catch zzzzzz
I am not paid by Windmill to comment… if a product is great … it has to be shared. Get one or more… you won’t regret it
