Easy to install and looks great

This unit was super easy to install. Once it's all in place it is very sleek and looks so much nicer than so many other AC units. It's pretty quiet compared to a previous one we had - we like sleeping with the sound of a fan or a white noise machine, so it's perfect. We would definitely recommend!

We purchased 4 of these units in 2021. Other than one having a weird issue and needing to be replaced, we have had nothing but a positive experience. They are aesthetically pleasing and work fairly efficiently. Would highly recommend to anybody needing a window AC unit.

AC Malfunctioned then replaced

The customer service is top ace. My AC was malfunctioning and wouldn’t stay on even though it was just in ‘Cool’ mode and I submitted a ticket to get the issue resolved.
My guess is this was a known malfunction that could happen, so they ended up replacing my AC on the house. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would recommend to anyone.

What an improvement!

Replaced our homes window air conditioners with 2 small and 1 medium Windmill units. It was super simple to install these units. The quality pair of scissors included with each unit was a nice bonus for cutting the foam to size. Have already noticed that the Windmill units run a lot less often and keep our home a lot more comfortable. So happy to have found these.

I had better luck chatting with someone directly from the chat box on the website than waiting for a response email. I ordered the wrong size and it was very easy to resolve thanks to the customer service. I can’t wait to get the right size and try this pretty new ac :)

Great Company

I am so thrilled with my unit it works wonderful. I only had one small issue with the thermostat not registering the temperature correctly but the company's customer service was quick to fix the issue and satisfy me 100%. I would recommend this unit and or company to anybody they really do stand behind their product!

The customer Service experience was amazing. I had a small issue with my unit, after working with the agent a replacement air conditioner was sent out that day. I cannot recommend this company enough.
