Got my Windmill AC the other day, but had to wait for my 20 and 24 year old nephews to install it. I'm disabled. They did a great job working together and got it into my window fast. Turned it on and it cooled off my hot and humid living room within a couple of minutes. It looks so nice.

Love this ac, the fan is super quiet and I will say I bought the whisper tech and it is not very loud but to be honest a bit louder than I thought it would be. Still worth it in my opinion. Installation was amazing and the warranty came in handy because my first model made a lot of noise and was rattling. Customer service was super easy and quick and they had a new ac delivered the next day for me. They took the old one with them which was great. I love how it looks and it cools the room super quickly. I like the app, the eco setting doesn’t work and so far the scheduling part of the app hasn’t worked for me either. But I like being able to turn it on on my way back to the apartment and come in to a cool room. Very easy to install and not too heavy either.

Cooling the whole house

This little AC unit is really impressive. We installed it in the guest bedroom so that the little noise it does make doesn't bother us when we sleep. But the white noise is in fact very subtle. What's really amazing is that the one little unit in an upstairs bedroom is cooling almost the whole house (about 1,200 sq ft). The cool air and reduced humidity reaches down the stairs and reaches at least two-thirds of the main floor as well as perfectly cools the entire upstairs. It is exceptionally quiet inside and out, which is a huge bonus. We have only had it installed for a few days, but the Temps have been 85-90° each day and it remains noticeably cooler inside the whole house.

I used a Portable AC

I used a Portable AC for over 15 years and I wanted to purchase a new window AC, so I decided on a Windmill Air AC and installed into my vinyl window and installation was as simple as it could be. I appreciate the phone App as it will tell you how much energy you are using in real time (updated every 10 seconds). My portable AC was using about 1145 watts on the highest level and the Windmill Air is using about 547 watts average on the highest level. My windmill Air takes up less space and works much better than my portable AC. I am quite satisfied with my Windmill Air purchase.

Loving both of our Windmill ACs

We have two Windmill Air Conditioners, the 6000btu and the 8000btu. Love them both. Very quiet and super easy to control using the app. We had an issue with one of them and customer service was awesome! Very quick to respond to take care of the issue and followed up to make sure things were right! Definitely recommend this company!
