The unit was as promised: easy to install, aesthetically superior to standard window units, and extremely quiet. It's also easy to control the unit via the app, and it does an excellent job of cooling my small city apartment. Thank you!

The set up was super easy and love that it came with a piece you can cut to fit your window perfectly on the sides. I bought the small one just for my bedroom but will be buying the bigger one to replace the one in my living room. Love that they offer to remove & dispose of your old one for you!!

I like the product, but would like to recommend packaging changes. It would be great to find an alternative for the styrofoam padding as it is virtually unrecyclable. The desiccant packages are also synthetic - would be nice to see a natural material used as a substitute. I like how some (but not all) bags were LDPE (#4 plastic). Would love to see 100% LDPE and labeled as such to help boost the likelihood of recycling or move to using paper envelopes instead. Thank you!

I Bought the 8000BTU wisperquiet model. It is NOT wisperquiet as it has a vibration in it. Secondly, it does not turn off in ECO mode when the set temperature is reached.
