Hi , to it may concern I bought to air conditioners from you and so that one it' not working as it should. It's making aloud noise and loud boom sound. Very solid product - however I didn’t see huge upgrade from my older air conditioner( 6 years old ) in fact it might be slightly louder - solid but no game changer

I got the large Whispertech units for my living room and bedroom. They’re gorgeous and put out such a gentle breeze that you forget they’re even there. It feels super luxurious.

We absolutely love this AC. We got the 10k unit and find it cools sufficiently better than our previous 10k unit. It's also so much quieter, to the point that we don't even know it's on. It fit perfectly in our window, and we had no problem with the installation. Our only complaint, if it could even be called that, is that there isn't a Celsius setting for those of us who didn't grow up in the States.

I’m so happy with my AC! It’s so clean looking and quiet. The app works really well and Alexa pairs with it quickly and easily.
But honestly, the icing on the cake was the customer service! Someone got back to me within minutes of an email.
If my apartment was bigger I’d get more!
So worth it.

Totally freezing last night - not a good product!!!!!

Installed AC, set for 68 deg. Compressor runs constantly, room gets down to 63, totally freezing, compressor still runs! Tried again - set for 76 deg. Compressor running constantly, gets down to 69 deg. Still running! Totally disappointed. Bought based on Wirecutter review. I expect this device to keep temperature, not make it super super cold. Don't know how to solve problem.
