Excellent customer service and a great product

I had issues with my initial delivery and the team at Windmill was right there to assist, could not have asked for more. Also, I love my air conditioner. It's small, compact, and efficient. The app works seamlessly and I have already gotten compliments on the sleek, minimal design. Absolutely recommend.

Using the Windmill AC

The Windmill was very easy to install by myself(took less that a 1/2 hour). The design is nice and clean and it quickly cools my bedroom. The controller is simple to use and easily understandable. The unit is a tad bit noisier than I would have liked. But, overall, it is a keeper and I am pleased with it.

Hot upstairs!? Get the Windmill

We weighed investing in a ductless system vs the windmill and ultimately decided for our needs, the windmill ac unit was perfect. We purchased the 8k btu with the whisper tech feature since this is for our second floor and is placed in our master bedroom. Our central AC just does not really work for the second floor. This unit Iexceeds our expectations. It was super easy to install, it’s very quiet and efficiently cools not just our second floor but, as a bonus, also our first floor. We have our central air set at 80 degrees and the downstairs temp reads anywhere from 70-75, depending on time of day and outside temp. The upstairs is super comfortable and while we have the windmill unit set at 75 (on eco), it consistently reads lower. To be fair, we have a brick house and great insulation. My husband says this is the sleekest window unit he’s ever seen and he’s right! It looks good on both sides. We definitely do not regret our decision to just get the windmill vs the ductless system.

Morphed Cover - Unfortunate noise

Unfortunately I needed to place a marble cutting board on top of the AC in order for the unit not to make a terribly loud drilling noise. The plastic cover is morphed and does not fit properly without heavy pressure pushing it down.

Absolutely love! Everything from ease of ordering, speedy delivery & quality. My AC was actually stolen soon after FedEx delivered inside front door & left in lobby. Windmill customer service went above & beyond to help me replace it. Thank you! Will definitely be buying my next AC from you.
