Not as quiet as I expected…

Looks nice but I find it similarly as noisy as other windows AC units. I bought it because it claims to be less noisy but it’s really not (I still have to turn it off because the noise is annoying)… I also don’t like that the air comes from the sides of the unit vs the front and it does not cool as quickly as other window AC’s I’ve had and currently use. It’s installation was the same as other units, although it seemed a little heavier; however the instructions for installation were clear and helpful…

Just got it set up yesterday. It’s lighter, more compact, noticeably quieter, and visually far more appealing than my previous dinosaur. Cools very nicely. Very happy with the experience so far.

I am sooooo glad my friend recommended the Windmill AC unit! I waited 2 years to put one in my living room because I didn't want something ugly in my window that would also block the sun. Enter Windmill. It not only is unobtrusive, actually looks good, the plexiglass lets the light in but the best part is that it is so very quiet! Oh and yes it cools great too! Love it!

Windmill Air has surprising refreshing and outstanding customer service after the sale.
In today world of different companies that warranty their product before you buy it then make excuses why it’s not covered after you buy it is not the case with Windmill Air. I found they stand by their air conditioner and make everything right. I will buy a Windmill Air product again. I recommend you buy their air conditioner because of the customer service, the warranty and clean cosmetic appearance, I also like the feature of blowing the cool air toward the ceiling and then it drifts down thru out the room. It’ not a typical window ac appearance that draws your attention to it, the Windmill Air does not command attention like a typical ac with a ugly open front grill design. It is also quieter than other brand air conditioner’s.

Windmill was very responsive and tried to help fix the issue. When it was not able to be fixed, they sent out a replacement very quickly without question. The product now works great. Very happy with my purchase.
