Such a great AC, we got two!

You often find products these days that are upgrades of common things we know and love but are brilliant with their beautiful design and marketing and as a designer I'm a sucker for all of it so the Windmill ads caught my eye. Ultimately, I was intrigued by the selling points so we finally decided to get one and I was really hoping it would be the real deal. And it is, that's why we got another one!
We love how sleek our Windmills look, how quiet they are, and how cooling they are. In fact the one in our living room also cools the hallway and kitchen that are connected via separate open doorways which is extremely impressive. Windmill helped us get professional installers, for our first unit in the living room, because we live on a busy street and needed to have a safety bracket installed. The professional installation was far from cheap but an A+ experience. We thought about doing a pro installation for the second AC unit in the bedroom but we decided not to because we didn't love that it would take away our choice to remove it in the off months. 99% chance we'll leave it in but we liked the idea of having the removal option since that room only has one window so doesn't otherwise have great ventilation and I love a good natural breeze. I was nervous about installing it ourselves but it was as easy as any other AC I've had if not easier given the well designed simple instructions.
I don't normally write reviews but have been so impressed with the Windmill ACs we got this season and thought this info might be helpful for you if you're considering it. I highly recommend. Thanks Windmill!

The best customer service

I recently purchased this unit, but FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. They were zero help and I couldn’t get a real person on the phone, so I reached out to Windmill Support. They were AMAZING! Nashla and Domo, the two who helped me, answered my emails in minutes and were there every step of the way. There were a few more hurdles, but they got a replacement unit out to us so quickly, and even worked the delivery around my partner’s and my schedules. Also, the AC itself is wonderful. It keeps the whole apartment (and our cats) nice and cool, and you don’t have to run it all day long since you can control it anywhere from your phone. Great product, even better staff!

Perfect for Babies Bedroom

The Ac in our home didn’t reach upstairs very well and when gettin greasy to transition our baby to his bedroom, we needed a good solution. This system was easy to install and keeps the room perfectly cool.

After doing extensive research on Windmill, I am extremely happy with my purchase. All of the reviews from some of this country’s top publication rated Windmill very high. Compared to other air conditioners I have owned, Windmill is by far the best in relationship to noise level and ac output. I am very happy and fortunate I came across Windmill during my extensive research on window air conditioners.
