I have purchased 4 windmill A/C units and have loved the easy installation and their appearance. Unfortunately, when I went to install 1 of the units after having it out during the Winter, the unit would not blow cold air. I emailed Windmill and was supported by two different people that provided fantastic service. They walked me thru the troubleshooting and then helped replace the unit when it was deemed irreparable. They were quick and helpful and truly supportive. The other units I purchased are working just fine but it’s great to work with a fantastic customer service team. I highly recommend this product backed by an incredible support team. Thanks Maggie and Eli!

I can’t say enough about my new Windmill Whispertech AC unit.
First, for a window unit, it’s incredibly quiet! But also, ordering and shipping were easy and efficient. I really appreciate good customer service, and Windmill’s has been top notch.
Additionally, I’m very happy with the ease of installation and the app is quite useful.
I never thought I’d say this because it’s an AC, but it actually looks great! It’s very aesthetic and looks good in my living room.
If you are looking for an efficient, quiet, good looking air conditioner, Windmill is the way to go. Worth every bit of the price.

First of all, we were amazed at how quiet the unit is! The installation process was easy and while we got it because of the efficiency gains, the bonus has been that it looks good and has a very useful app to control it. It is definitely the air conditioning choice of the future. Highly recommended!
