Nice, but not really worth it.

Instructions aren’t incredibly clear. They do not show the foam pieces when you are trying to install the side panels. The foam prevents the panels from fully covering the sides. The bottom piece where you screw in the bottom portion of the panel into your window sill should also be much longer. Ours was incredibly close to the edge of the window and the screw almost didn’t make it in. The AC unit looks nice and modern, and having an app to control it is very convenient. I don’t think it is as silent as advertised. It kind of sounds like any other AC unit.

The iPhone of ac’s — but the sound isn’t as quiet as I thought it’d be.

It’s really got it all the design is so sleek and minimal. The wifi connectivity is amazing. The ability to switch on the ac as soon as you know you’re heading home to come home to a pre-cooled room is *chef’s kiss*. My task rabbit mentioned it was one of the easiest installations he’s ever done and will be recommending his friends. Only think I’ve been questioning is these sounds that’s comes out of it sometimes while running. It almost sounds like a full sized refrigerator is running (mind you I got the small 6000 BTU). Not sure if this is normal or if it was accidentally dropped during delivery. Other than that, this ac is like the iPhone of ac’s.

Easy install, excellent product

Very easy to install, ready to go right out of the box, and works like a charm. I have it installed in a room that's slightly too large for it, but it still does an excellent job of cooling the room down. Excellent product!

While I like the looks of the air conditioner, it is only slightly quieter than the one it replaced. It also short cycles constantly. The compressor will run for 1-2 minutes and then shut off for a few min and then do it again. It doesn't seem like there is a real issue, just the way it works. It doesn't seem to keep the room as cool as my previous air conditioner, which was much cheaper and lower capacity. I do like the fact that it blows the air up instead of straight forward.

The best air conditioner I have owned. It looks great but operates even better. A slight issue developed with the first one I ordered but they immediately replaced it and it works great. It's keeping my son's room cool on these hotter summer days.

Nice AC

Works like it should in a medium sized room. Pretty easy to install as far as AC window units go and looks good. Only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that the initial one received didn't blow cold air, it was like only the fan was on no matter what mode you were in. Customer service was great and sent out a replacement quickly.
