Four stars because it is brand new, only run briefly, but today is a hot one, good challenge for this little workhorse. AC arrived quickly, help was there for online questions, it is sleek, installation was a breeze for two seniors, operation intuitive, wireless app convenient, quiet running, looks attractive in the room. Gonna get that fifth star soon!

This is the most beautiful and sleek AC unit I’ve ever had :-) easy to set up and it works so well. I love being able to turn it off/on with my phone so I can save energy while I’m away.
