The customer service is the absolutely best I've encountered in along time. I had an issue and was walked through the troubleshooting and when it wasn't able to resolve it Windmill literally put a new one in the mail right then and there. A great company, even better customer service and I product I absolutely love!! Thank-you!!

I got the 6000 btu

I got the 6000 btu to keep my room cool, I’m super happy with it. Looks good, works well and it’s pretty quiet. The installation was easy, if you can lift some weight. I love that you can control the temp from your phone, such a great feature for pets.

Love our WM AC

We purchased the Windmill AC for 2 reasons. One, the location where we needed it was right behind our livingroom couch and a traditional AC vents right at you but the WM AC vents upward. This worked perfectly, we could sit near it without it venting on our neck and heads.. Two, the unit was advertised as quiet, it was and that allowed us to enjoy being cool without a lot of fan noise. One additional benefit that we found was the unit cooled a larger space than we expected. Where we used to need 2 AC we only need the one WM now.
We did have a technical issue crop up and the support for this problem was phenomenal. They were professional, timely and friendly. Couldn't ask for better.

This air conditioner is awesome! I love how customizable it is. Having both a cool option for constant air and eco one that just maintains is amazing. Plus its so easy to operate and install.

Sleek, easy to install unit!

This was my first time purchasing and installing a window AC unit, and installing this unit was so easy! I love the way the unit looks, and the Wi-Fi was pretty easy to set up as well. My only complaint is that there was not enough insulation provided, and even though it's annoying to purchase additional insulation, it's easy enough to find. I'd highly recommend this AC unit.

The windmill is elegantly designed

The windmill is elegantly designed and not bulky like a lot of window air conditioners. My only complaints are a rattling sound from the fan and it’s not as quiet as I thought it would be.
