I absolutely love my Windmill! It’s sleek, works great, and the customer service I received was top notch. I unfortunately had my new unit stolen from my building’s vestibule after delivery but Maggie was fantastic and they shipped me a new one quickly. I was so grateful considering this summer’s heatwaves. Installation was a breeze! I would recommend this AC to anyone looking to upgrade and improve their cooling capability in their home. I am thoroughly impressed with this air conditioner. I sleep near it and it's the quietest I have found to date. Customer service is great and Maggie was very helpful with replacing a noisy machine. The 6k keeps my smaller room evenly cooled and the top vent is great as it no longer blows on me when I am sleeping. 5+

Tried troubleshooting with a technician for my gifted ac unit. The tech was very knowledgable and prompt. Told me what steps to take. turns out my unit needed to be replaced so they sent me a replacement in which I recieved days later. Very quick service and shipping. Highly recommend their customer service can't be beat!

My initial Windmill AC that

My initial Windmill AC that I purchased broke after a year of owning it. I contacted Windmill and their customer service was excellent along with their product warranty. They ended up sending me a replacement AC unit. Though I wish the product didn’t break from the get go, good customer service is extremely valuable. Their AC unit is awesome, cools down a large space quickly, sleek looking and you can control it via their app. Would highly recommend Windmill and their product.

Windmill does not disappoint in anyway. I had an issue with my first unit, I was quickly able to contact customer service and receive the appropriate help. The unit not only looks great but it also cools down my room in a matter of minutes. 10/10 recommend.
