Customer service is excellent. Even though my warranty was expired, I was shipped a new air conditioner.
The previous one was only used for two months, and the compressor was gone. Due to several hours of trying to troubleshoot, windmill decided to send me a new one. I appreciate that more than you know.

I order two different AC

I order two different AC which One was yours and Midea AC. The Midea was not for our window and to complicated to put it together .The air condition windmill is easy to put in easy to use but in case of things that happened to me with an E3 that show on the screen didn’t know what it was. it would be good to put some instructions in the box on what to do instead of emailing people in the middle of the night to find out how to fix the problem unfortunately they didn’t know and they replace mine with a new windmill air condition with the amount of BTU my room is only 10 x 12 and it should be really really cold but it’s not, So I just have to deal with it . Need to improve the coldest on the AC. If you do that you will have a great product.
