It was so easy to set up. Keeps my studio perfectly cool in this hot, hot summer. I LOVE the app and the ability to turn my unit on as I'm on my way home. I brag about it to all of my friends.

Overall pretty great, it cools really well and since it's right behind our bed I'm happy it's not blowing right on top of our heads. The eco mode is nice, but the going on and off during the night does wake me up a bit. That said, after endlessly searching for a reasonably eco friendly option for an AC, I'm very happy with this one.

I was a little skeptical about the A/C thinking that it may be more looks than actual performance, but I have to say it delivers on both. It is much quieter than most A/Cs so it isn't disruptive (especially on the initial settings). Further, it cools my room efficiently. I also really love that the airflow is pointed upward, not only does that more effectively cool a room, but it also means that direct cold air isn't blowing on me based on my position. All in all, I would highly recommend.

Sleek packaging, arrived on time, works great. Setup was pretty easy but had a little trouble syncing it with the app. Luckily, customer service was very responsive and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Now after using it for a few weeks, I think it's not as quiet as I would've hoped but overall I'm pretty pleased. I love having the ability to control the AC through the Windmill app

I purchased a Windmill AC as it was the best looking from the most reliable source I could find. The customer service is awesome! But issues that make me take off a star: 1) an instructional video showing ALL the steps of installation. The one they have now is just a marketing one promoting ease of installation rather than being helpful how best to position the unit when drilling holes and 2) there are folks such as myself who will be taking the unit out of the window during the winter - would like a way to purchase additional decorative plugs as I'm sure they'll get damaged as they are popped out over time

Perfect modern AC unit

I was looking for a clean, minimal style air conditioner that wouldn't take up a ton of room or make a lot of noise like my previous units. My new Windmill unit has been a dream. It's modern, stylish, and the noise level is low. I also love controlling it from the app when I'm out and coming home. Highly recommend!
