Windmill is a great brand!

We had a slight problem with the first windmill ac after it was working well for a while. We contacted customer support and we went through a series of troubleshooting. We were not able to resolve the issue, so they sent out a replacement unit which is working great! Very friendly people trying very hard to resolve any issues. Awesome air conditioner as well. They are so quiet and cool down the room very well. I would definitely recommend Windmill to a friend!

I was honestly nervous to get the Windmill air conditioner because it was so pretty that I assumed it wouldn’t also work so well, but it DOES! It’s quiet, has a gorgeous display, discreet and even stylish in the window (which it fit super easily, the instructions were so simple), and of course keeps our place the perfect temperature. Huge upgrade for our apartment, definitely recommend.

It’s crazy how much I like this AC. It looks amazing, was easy to install and works really well. I will seriously NEVER buy a different kind of air conditioner. If you’re in the market, don’t hesitate.

Shipping was fast (and getting your AC shipped in NYC is near crucial) and installation was super clear and easy. Loved the touch of including scissors to cut the insulation foam. Also seems crazy that no other AC thought to make the metal grate on the outside have round holes instead of tiny horizontal slits that 100% have cut my hands in the past.
But best of all the unit looks as cute as a window AC can and I like that the air flow isn’t super directed in one direction but more diffuse.
