Love the ac! App and Alexa skill needs improvement

We love it! We needed a quieter ac for our baby, and Windmill did the job. Installation was pretty easy! I like the app. I can turn it on and off when away, and monitor the temperature of the room. One thing I’m having trouble with is that I use celsius, and when I convert my profile to it there’s a glitch that won’t let me change the temperature. Also the Alexa skill doesn’t work for me, haven’t been able to login.

Easy install, powerful air flow. Sooo much better looking than normal ac units! Love that you can turn it on and change the settings on the app, makes it so much easier! This is a great ac, am definitely going to buy another!

New Yorkers Unite and get this!

I live in NY, and I've been through so many different version of window ac units. When smart ones came out, I was elated. But they were always lacking. Their app was clunky, their design not great, and it was a super loud machine. Windmill is literally the best AC unit I've had.

Windmill AC Review

Received the Windmill AC, installation was easy. Unfortunately, the compressor was not working. Contacted customer service (Lisbeth) who walked me through a few troubleshooting steps. Confirmed the compressor was bad and I received a new unit 2 days later. New unit works great! Best customer service I ever dealt with. And the AC unit, looks as good as it works.

Exactly what we expected!!

We bought a unit for our daughter’s new apartment. Love love the modern look! The temperature is exactly what we were expecting and installation was very easy, the panels completed the slick look. We want to buy a second unit. Don’t think about it buy one.

The Windmill team was super supportive and helpful when my original order went missing. Once I received the replacement, I was happy to start using it. It's powerful and useful in my third floor studio apartment and is aesthetically way better than any other window AC option that I've found.
