I spent more time fretting

I spent more time fretting over window measurements than actually installing the unit. It was quick, easy and simple as they claim. Works great and looks even better. I am very happy with my purchase and choice. I Would recommend this AC to anyone looking for both function and aesthetics. The apps work and has no issues.

Sleek design! Keeps the room cool, worth the price. Had someone install it and it took them 20 minutes from opening the box up and everything. Definitely would recommend 10/10.

The AC is lovely, basically the coolest window AC I have ever seen, but I would like to gush about the responsive and helpful customer service. I really appreciate the help with my oddball problem (nothing the company did wrong, just me trying to track down a theft when fedex delivered to my porch).
You guys are appreciated for taking the time to get me a new unit and answering my questions.

I haven’t actually had a chance to use the AC yet, so I can only tell how it looks so far…and it looks great indeed! Instead I would comment on what I have experienced through ordering the unit. As far as the customer service goes, it is the best! I had hard time receiving the original shipping; Windmill took my troublesome situation very seriously and arranged an alternative shipment for me. It was very sweet and reassuring. You might know how it would feel when somebody would listen to you and respond to you with sympathy in some hard time, and in this case, that somebody actually solve the problem you are having as well! So if you ever hesitate purchasing this product for its weight or price or whatever that comes in your way, don’t be worried. A) they will help you receive the product in a great shape. B) it definitely is worth the money you would spend even just for the quality of the service! I know what I’m saying. Oh and about the quality, please read other peoples review.
