Loving these ACs so far! From the sleek look to easy installation, running efficiency to ease of the App, two weeks in and very pleased thus far. We especially like the upward facing airflow.

I have bought a few cheaper window units thinking they were all the same. When I was never able to get cool, I thought maybe it was just my house, my room, just the way things were. Needless to say, I was wrong. This air conditioner is the best, THE BEST unit I have encountered so far. It gets my room cold. COLD!!! The app is an incredible bonus. Once it really gets hot regularly, this will be invaluable to having my room cold, even before I get home. It's amazing!! Then to top it off, it looks cool too!

AC was wonderful, it sadly broke, but because it was within warranty customer service immediately replaced it pronto, and it’s been great ever since. Thanks for such prompt, responsible service.

It has been the best investment I have made. My living room is sizable but it manages to cool the entire area. It was easy to fit into my window. The design of it is super sleek and being able to control the temperature from the app is awesome. Would highly recommend!

Quietest setting - extremely quiet
Noise at high fan - quieter than a regular AC, but louder than you may expect
App features/functions - great
App setup - bad. First one has to get the correct app ,and if you set up the other app you can’t use same email.
