The customer service of this company is amazing. Sometimes. You take chances with smaller companies. And I’m so glad I took the chance with them. My room is ice cold and it’s amazingly quiet. I have the whispertech and it makes its promise. Any questions you have. They get back to you right away. Like. Right away. Maybe an hour response time. I love the product. I love the service. You will not regret your purchase. Thank you guys and gals at windmill. Keep it going

I had a windmill ac for over a year and it was awesome. I bought one this summer and had issues with the wifi in the unit. After some back and forth Windmill sent us a replacement unit. It was nice to see them stand by their product. Highly recommend Windmill for performance and now customer service.

This is a replacement model for a unit just barely out of warranty that, for some mysterious reason, started icing up. I contacted customer service who helped me troubleshoot it and it was deemed defective. They asked appropriate questions, like the size of the room, and then sent a new one. I can tell there have been some improvements, and it works great!

Amazing difference

Upgrading from 5 year old ACs to the Windmil WhisperTech made a massive differnece in our home. We needed the silence for my partner's home office where he's on video calls all day and couldn't believe how well it worked. We ordered 2 more for other rooms. The change in volume is remarkable, the ability to control them from an app makes keeping the pets comfortable without breaking the bank much easier when we're out, and I LOVE that they dont blow directly forward, but up and around instead. So much easier to sleep without getting congested when an AC is not blowing toward your face. We did have a small issue with one of them, and they promptly replaced it when I sent a video of the issue. Love this product and company.

We ordered an A/C unit for a window in our apartment. It arrived as scheduled. It was easy to install and set up. We are enjoying the cool apartment since. We also found that one of our cats likes to sleep in front of it...

We ordered 2 10k btu quiet units for our home and received them quickly. Unfortunately one of the units did not work properly. An email sent to the support team was responded to in a few hours, troubleshooting services suggested, and when that did not resolve the problem a new unit was shipped out to us quickly. It’s always frustrating to get a product that’s not working properly, but a great company sets itself apart by making a resolution quick and painless. Very satisfied with our purchase and will add a few more units to our 1525sft home in the coming season. Compliments to the design team and the customer service team.

Great customer service.

I can’t say enough this company has great customer service. A/C stopped working I emailed them on a Saturday and Skye emailed me back within 20 minutes, we went through all the steps to find out what was wrong with the system. When they reviewed everything they found it was the unit that was not working they sent us a new unit awesome was not expecting that at all. Very thankful because the east coast was getting a heatwave.

Excellent customer service

Our AC unit was making a lot of noise. We were asked to answer questions and send a short video of the problem, which we did, and they immediately sent us a new AC unit for free. They even followed up when they didn’t hear back from us initially. Very impressed with this customer service. Hoping the new unit is quiet as advertised, and if it is, we will be loyal Windmill customers!
