We love the ability to control the unit from the app on our phones (particularly when we're not home for the cats) and that the air vents up from the machine (not from the front, which is essential since the AC is next to my WFH desk and I don't need an air machine all up in my hair when on Zoom calls).
The clean/modern aesthetic is also a plus.

Not as quiet as advertised!

The windmill isn’t significantly more quiet than a normal ac. It makes lots of noise!! Also, it doesn’t cool rooms down as much as a normal ac. While the design of the product is great, I would lie if I didn’t say that I’m a bit disappointed.

We had some issues with our Windmill AC unit, but the customer service team was quick and easy to communicate with. They were super quick to send out a replacement unit and all is good now!

Freshest AC on the market

This air conditioner is everything our family needed. Due to my sons health issues we had to take out our old window ACs because they were having an effect on his lungs. Having no AC in Brooklyn for a family of five was becoming a huge problem. Discovering windmill air has been a lifesaver. We are able to maintain a comfortable temperature, with clean fresh air that does not compromise my sons health. It was also very easy installation, I did it myself in ten minutes all while taking care of 3 toddlers. Thank you windmill air!!
