We had some issues with the AC but the customer service team made it smooth and easy to rectify. I highly recommend Windmill and love to support newer small businesses. Their customer service is amazing.

10000 BTU quiet AC

I own 2 windmill air conditioners and they are great. The last one I purchased was having some vibration issues but customer service was amazing and corrected the problem right away. I would definitely recommend these air conditioners. They are very quiet and kept my apartment cool the last few days when we hit 102 degrees in Boston!

Had an issue with first unit and they shipped a new oneWith minimal hassleLooks good installed easily and cools with little noiseThe eco mode was all i needed through a few 100 degree days

I bought this for my daughter. Here’s her comments: It’s working great! We finally got a good night sleep during the heatwave I like that the light goes off so it’s not bright in the night it’s not as noisy as most and it has a clean look to it!
