Replacement of unit

I had an issue arise with my unit cooling, which was still under the one year warranty, and when I contacted customer service they had me try a few fixes but when the fixes didn’t work the company sent me out a new unit quickly. They were helpful and replaced my unit without any problems or delays.

I like the appearance of the AC's, it is cooling well and it was easy to install. However, I ordered two units and one of them was missing screws and the window lock.

Best Window AC Experience I’ve Ever Had

My brother and I were ready to install it and had all these extra tools and stuff prepared and couldn’t believe how quickly it went, and also that we didn’t need any extra tools! Pre-assembled accordion sides is a time saver and game changer. Taking off one star bc despite being WhisperTech, it’s really quite noisy during the cooldown phase after the desired temp is reached and the compressor turns off.

The 10k BTU air conditioner that I ordered was damaged in shipment. I got in touch with Windmill's customer support, and they were in real-time conversation with me via e-mail to troubleshoot the problem and then determined that the unit needed to be replaced. They worked with me to schedule shipment so it would fit my availability, and followed up to make sure all was well. Thank you Eddy and the rest of the Windmill support team!

This air conditioner is just as they say, quiet! The unique front of the unit is much more attractive and the way the air flow is directed encourages airflow. This is my 2nd purchase.
