I can’t tell you how great this air conditioner is! Order it, you won’t regret it. It’s incredibly attractive, quiet, and cools down our living within seconds. I’m so impressed with this AC, we are going to order the smaller unit for the bedroom. Thanks windmill!

Sublime and Modern.

This is the most beautiful, modern A/C unit I've ever owned. I was ambivalent initially, but the aesthetics and functionality of the Windmill matched with its stellar reviews won me over. I live alone in a NYC studio apartment in a four story walkup. Having an adequate, quiet air conditioner during the warmer months is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially when the humidity is unrelenting.
I love how gorgeous this looks in my window and how it blends with the rest of my minimalist design. Whomever designed this product deserves props for creativity, thinking outside of the box, and delivering something to the consumer with discerning taste and needs. Yes, it is a bit more than your average A/C unit, but imagine not having to contend with additional noise, repairs or a monstrosity hanging in your window.
The Windmill is a good investment. I have issues with my spine stemming from multiple surgeries and thus hired someone whom professionally installed it for me, which was an expedient process. Treat yourself to this sublime AC. You will not return to anything else.

Simply the BEST

The Windmill AC unit is simply put, the best AC unit I’ve ever owned. Easy to install, fits in most all windows, the app just makes life that much easier. It’s quite, sleek, and cools better then any unit I’ve previously owned. I would strongly recommend this to all who are looking for window units. I’ve already purchased a second unit for my Sons room. Customer service in stellar, friendly, kind, and super knowledgeable. JUST THE BEST ! Thank you Windmill team for bringing such a good product to market! Can’t wait to see what’s next. I am a windmill customer for life. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Wi-Fi issues

The AC itself is nice and works well, actually quiet. i was unable to get the Wi-Fi set up despite watching videos and looking at the support info which is really frustrating. I’d like to be able to get someone on the phone to help troubleshoot.

Great product and service

I've had a Windmill unit for a year now- every single person who has come over and realized it's the AC unit has been astonished at how good it looks. AC shouldn't have to be ugly!! The unit really cools down my space well too (obviously the most important part). But one of the best things of all: when my Windmill stopped working this year and I contacted customer service they assessed the situation and sent me a working one! So so so grateful to the team. I recommend Windmill to everyone.

I love how not only beautiful the unit is but SO quiet! It sounds like a small noise cancelling machine and is so nice.
I loved that I was able to book a Task Rabbit to help install through Windmill Air, and they were able to install quickly and seamlessly. Could not suggest this more.

Keepin' cool while looking good

I'm obsessed with my beautiful air conditioning! I got the smaller unit for my 11x13 room and it keeps it perfectly cool. My fav part is being able to control it via the mobile app integration/the various settings like eco-friendly/fan speed/etc.
