We have two, one of each size for our 150-year-old family house. iPhone control is great for checking room temperature in another area in the house and cool to desired level. Design, of course, is unparalleled. We're planning to buy another once the planned window location is painted.

Amazing Company and Products!

I've only had this product for about two weeks, but the next time I have any needs that can be met by Windmill, I will be purchasing them through Windmill exclusively. We initially had our package lost by the shipper and Windmill immediately fixed the situation free of charge - excellent customer service. On top of that, this product is my favorite air conditioner experience that I have had so far - from the opening of the package to the continued use of the AC unit, my experience with Windmill has been nothing less than an absolute pleasure.

I’m very happy with this AC in my NYC apartment bedroom. It functions well, isn’t loud and looks really nice. It’s a well thought out product in function and design. If they ever make casement window models, I’ll get one for my living room.

Best window unit on the market

I live in an old house with no option for central. I’ve bought several units in the past, and they are always so loud. The noise was my primary concern in selecting a new unit. Windmill is very quiet compared to anything else out there. It took about 2 minutes to install, is much more attractive in design and compact in size. Very happy so far.

This company is honestly better than all the other major manufacturers we've purchased from. When our unit encountered a technical issue after a winter in storage, customer service stepped in and almost immediately resolved. A new unit was arriving at our door before we even realized it. A huge relief and a great experience! And we LOVE the app-enabled product. Being able to set our times & temps away from home has made such a difference to our comfort. Knowing our dog is safe when we aren't home and it won't over heat does us so much good. Wouldn't recommend you buy anywhere or anything else.

Amazing, really aesthetic, easy to install, powerful cooling effect and love that we can control settings on our phones. Only thing is it can be a tad bit noisy on high cool, but that’s like all the ACs I’ve ever owned.
