What a wonderful air conditioner. Our first one had issues and Windmill promptly sent out our replacement which works great. It’s quiet and no glaring display while sleeping. Great customer service, thank you to the folks at Windmill for your time and assistance. You are very much appreciated.

The Windmill AC was a life saver! Originally purchased in late June for my bedroom. Was perfect for keeping the temperature during the night. Fast forward… the AC in my condo died just days before my area experienced triple digit temperatures. The Windmill helped with keeping me comfortable. Then, it froze up. Windmill Customer Service resolved the problem within hours of receiving my email about the problem & shipped a replacement that same day. Great product! Great Customer Service!

My studio apartment is 26 feet long by 13 feet wide with the windows at one end and the bed at the other. It had been impossible to find an a/c unit that could span the length. The Windmill does it easily . The angled air flow has the cool air hitting the ceiling and then flowing down to the other end. I can now sleep in cool air and also sit by the windows without frigid air blowing on me. The unit is very quiet. I can have a conversation even if I’m sitting right in front of it. I don’t’t have to turn up the volume on the TV to hear. It was easy and quick to install, easy and quick to clean the filter and the phone app is great. If you’re looking for a new a/c, I strongly encourage you to buy the Windmill. It’s a bit more pricey than other standard units, but it is well worth the price!

Our first AC came with a problem & customer service was incredibly helpful and quickly sent us a replacement AC. It was stress free as we didn’t have to repackage and return the broken unit. 10/10 best customer service experience & our new unit works incredibly! Zero noise and it cools our living room in seconds.

I like the whisper 10k enough that I bought 2 units in 2 consecutive years. Great design and performance. Cooling is quiet and strong. Love remote. Only complaint is the temp showing in the room is not the actual temp on digital readout about 15-20 % of the time.

After a whole summer, the Windmill window AC on economy setting, doesn’t run all the time and keeps the room at the set temperature just like having whole house AC. In October it gets stored in the closet so the windows seal up for Winter. I recommend Windmill ACs
