Very Quiet and Effective

I found this brand looking on a Home Depot site, but since it was a brand I was not familiar with I decided to do some more research, came upon their website and decided to order direct. The only issue I had was the bottom of the box separated from the top of the box during shipping and carrying it up the stairs it slipped and I was worried we damaged it. Thankfully it was not damaged. Install was super easy. I work from home on Zoom all day in the room it is in and my #1 requirement was that it was quiet. It is very quiet, especially on Eco. It also works really well keeping my space actually a little cooler than I need. Sometimes on Auto it does not shut off when it reaches temp which is a bit challenging, but I would rather have it cool too much than not enough, so all good.

The machine is great, but the service has been incredible!
When I had an issue, they gave me an entirely new unit. I would recommend them to anyone, and they definitely have my custom for life!

I think it's a great air conditioner it's very quiet and that's what I was after it does a great job we just apparently had a bad unit but you guys took care of it right away and sent me a new one

Easy to install

The instructions with the AC are clear & easy to understand. The look of the AC is appealing & the angle the air blows out from the top is effective to cool the room. The remote is helpful. I had an issue come up & customer service was prompt & solved my problem. It was easy to install.

GOAT AIR CONDITIONER

I purchased a 10,000 btu air conditioner for my living room and love that it was easy to install, its quietness when on and simplicity in operation. A plus is that I can turn it on from my iPhone. I liked it so much that I bought a 6,000 btu Windmill for my bedroom. I hope they make a through the wall model soon.

We love our Windmill A/Cs! They are so quiet and efficient, and more attractive than any other window unit I’ve ever seen. We had 2 units for over a year— and one stopped working. Windmills customer service was excellent! They quickly shipped us a new unit free of charge, even after our warranty was expired!
