Amazing Customer Service - I have had to reach out a couple of times but they were always so prompt, so respectful. It really makes you feel valued as a customer. I hope they always make AC's because I'm forever loyal. Even my cats sleep better with these AC's

Issue Resolved Quickly

I didn't expect much when I sent the video of my AC unit malfunctioning, but Maggie sent my issue off for resolution. Within 24 hours I received a response and my unit was replaced and shipped to me. I did not expect that this would be resolved this quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the friendly customer service that was provided.

We’ve only had this AC a few weeks but are very pleased with it. It is truly quiet and we love that we can manage temperature with the app. It quickly cooled a small bedroom.
