In the Bay Area, we didn’t use to need air conditioning, but in the last 5-6 years, the summers have gotten hotter. I cannot afford to install a house wide air conditioner, so I got a window unit to just keep my bedroom cool. It didn’t do a great job, but it was okay. Then I saw an ad for Windmill and thought I would try it. It has made all the difference in the world. I didn’t care if it was quieter, I just wanted it to cool my bedroom more efficiently. It is everything I have needed. Thank you for such a great appliance!

I rarely write reviews, even when the product is great, but Windmill is an exception. Not only is the product solid, the customer service is the best I've experienced. Very patient, knowledgable, immediate responses to several questions I had setting the AC up and getting it to run smoothly. I really appreciate the quality service and genuine interest to provide quality, positive service. Thank you!

My 6,000 BTU Windmill A/C was replaced by Windmill even though it was a couple of months out of warranty. It had an E2 error that, even though the unit blew plenty of cold air, I could only control it with the remote or Android app. Customer service was helpful in walking me through the troubleshooting process and when I was unable to clear the code, the said they would send a new unit. It arrived in a couple of days.
THAT IS GOOD COMPANY SUPPORT. And while I was disappointed that the unit threw a code at all, I was thrilled at the positive company response. You won't get that with LG or GE. Nope.

Cools the entire first gloor

Just installed a new 8,000btu we thought would cook our very sunny family room and to our surprise it’s cooling the entire first floor. Very quiet as well.
