It is all true. Easy to install, everything you need is in the box, instructions are clear, looks great, cools efficiently and is very, very quiet. Had a tiny issue and customer service was exceptional.

So far so great with my new Windmill 12k BTU ac . It is runs beautifully quiet and really is a smart device as it manages the temperature very well .
The design is a dream . Clean and simple . I watched the install and it went very smoothly . The app a pleasure to use for setting changes too .

The unit had a defect. It was making very loud noise and with vibration. Customer service respond quickly. They realize the product was defective and they sent a replacement on few days.

Great design and the unit is very quiet. Temperature readings not always accurate but you can compensate as needed. Great easy to use app for remote use as well.
