I was a bit puzzled about how to install the air conditioner with my vinyl window frame, but received very prompt customer support. I love the air conditioner. My two favourite features are the smartphone app (being able to adjust the mode and temperature when I'm not at home to make sure my dog stays cool is amazing), and the fact that this unit blows air up rather than horizontally. Definitely recommend!

I purchased an ac unit, it arrived and when I tried to use it, it sounded defective. I emailed customer service, sent a video of what my unit was doing. They responded almost immediate, I was so surprised and thankful! We preformed some trouble shootings and the unit was deemed defective. They sent me a new one within a few days. Hands down the easiest, most helpful, and very effective customer service. I love my Windmill, I’m slowing growing my collection. = )

I am amazed and in love with my windmill. Theresa ECO setting is perfect for my needs, and the phone app makes it easy to turn off when I leave for work and turn back on a couple of hours before I come home. No more blasting the tv to hear over the old clunky one that used to live in my window. Clean lines, a sleek design, and great functionality make it an outstanding purchase. The customer service went out of their way to be helpful and they came through for me with flying colors.
Shipping from Fed Ex left a lot to be desired as the driver dropped the unit from his truck onto the driveway. I filed a complaint with them. I would recommend being home to accept the delivery, and watching or directing the driver to handle it with care and keep it “this side up”

Great units

We purchased two windmill units last year and have been very happy with them. They cool the room efficiently, are quiet, and look nice. We recently had a problem with one of the units and Windmill customer service was great. They were quick to respond and fix the problem.

Quietest AC ever

We ordered the The Windmill AC - 6K BTU Original. We have a small bedroom, with small windows. This AC fit perfectly. We love that it can be controled by our phones to set automations or to change temp. It’s so easy to use. And it’s quiet, very quiet. Love it.

Worth every penny

I would buy these AC units again and again. We bought a 10K and a 6K for our apartment. The 10K is noticeably smaller and lighter than our previous 10K compressor unit, but don't let that fool you. It does a million times better job of cooling our apartment. They really were the easiest units to install. They run so quietly and only light up when you are adjusting the settings. My husband manages the temperature controls from the app and loves it!

The first window AC I would ever describe as “pretty”. I was able to install the smallest size by myself very easily, and it’s been working great to cool my bedroom ever since. It isn’t totally quiet, but it doesn’t have the droning buzz sound that most window AC’s have. I think my only complaint might be that there isn’t a “dry” setting like most other units have. I haven’t been missing it too much though.

Just buy it!!!

I wish I could give them more stars! I had a technical issue with my unit and after troubleshooting it via email for 30 min I had a confirmation number with a brand new unit coming my way!! Insane costumer service!! Aside from that the unit itself is amazing! It sits in our living room so it’s been so nice to be able to hear the TV and not have cold air blowing directly on you. Quit and efficient machine!
