The Windmill unit is aesthetically designed inside as well as outside the window. The side panels operated smoothly and the insulating covers not only completed the design but fit snugly with no cutting or alterations.
The learning curve for set up and operation of the Windmill is minimal to non-existent for those who fear setups.
The unit cools effectively and quickly. The sound is a soothing hum not a vibration. It is sort of a “white noise” that you do not really notice except maybe when it reaches set temperature and turns off. I am pleased with my purchase including the very fair price for an outstanding product. Thank You!

The Windmill air conditioner is everything I had hoped it would be and MORE. I purchased it for my son's bedroom in hopes that it would be very quiet (IT IS!) and easy to schedule (IT IS!). Additionally, the unit looks better than I even thought it would - sleek, modern, and clean looking. It works incredibly well, and sounds like a white noise machine. Do not hesitate to purchase, and I will be purchasing a few more over the next few years!

Super quiet. Easy to install. Keeps the bedroom chilly just as I like it. Well like purchase another one for the office to keep the dog and cat cool during the day.

I like this window AC. It does a good job cooling my space, it is relatively light-weight compared to my old Friedrich AC, quite efficient with available settings, looks great, easy to install and easy to use with the shipped on/off controller or the Windmill downloadable app that I use almost exclusively. During the set-up process connecting the AC to my network, I had a question for customer service. I emailed customer service on a Saturday thinking I may here from them the following week, however to my great surprise, they got back to me within 30 minutes. Issue resolved and humming along since! So far, so good!!

I own two units (5,000 and 12,000) I like them because they're very quiet , efficient and they're relatively smaller in size than comparable competitors . I also like being able to control them with the smartphone app.

What I love about this AC:
I can sit near the AC unit and not have cold air blowing on me - it is directed up!
It is truly the quietest window AC I have ever encountered.
It was not as heavy as typical window AC's of the same size.
While it is still an AC in the window in the middle of the room, it just looks nicer. It is much sleeker and modern looking, just not such an eyesore.
