Great Accessory

I bought this (without the power supply) to use with my iPhone 12pro, in my car. It is awesome not to have to keep removing and attaching the charging cord everytime i want to use mobile pay. I highly recommend this product.

Better than the Magsafe Car Vent Holder, not stiff

I have had the other Belkin MagSafe car vent holder and it has worked great for the past year. The only downside is, of course, that it doesn't charge the phone also. With this, it is definitely more compact, and also charges! My only slight gripe is that it does not seem to be as stiff in terms of holding the phone at a fixed angle rigidly versus the magsafe holder it replaces. I have a normal iPhone Pro (non Max), and it does wobble a little even on smooth roads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't hook up to CarPlay when using the charger. Got a USB to USB-C cord instead of using the cigarette lighter to see if it would then work with CarPlay. It doesn't. Why not?? It would then be perfect. Magnet is strong. Charges fine, but on long trips, I need it to work with CarPlay.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charging without a USB-C port or cigarette insert

I bought two of these devices. It works well in my new 2022 vehicle because it has a USB-C port to plug it in. However, my 2019 vehicle only has a traditional USB port for charging (I am using an IPhone charging cord to charge currently). How am I supposed to use this device in my second vehicle?

Does not work don’t waste money
