This oven is fantastic! Takes about 60-90 min to assemble, but nothing too complicated. I’ve only used it once but it worked great. Used the Blackstone recipe for the NY fast rising dough and made 3 pizzas. Had the temp right around 850 degrees and each one cooked in around 90-100 seconds. They weren’t very crispy, so I’ll need to play around with either hotter temp or slightly longer in the oven. Overall, great product (so far) !

The instructions were hard to follow and even have steps that were on included. There are no steps to connect the switch to the motor. There is nothing in the instructions or the manual about being able to connect a power cord to the motor, yet a power cord is provided. On top of this the hardware to connect the handles to the brackets were missing. When finally got the oven put together, and figured everything out, it took almost an hour to pre-heat. After it pre-heated it was great cooking the pizzas...

Pizza Oven did not work when arrived concerned!

I was super excited that my oven arrived days after ordering but now almost a month later it never worked. I keep being asked to repeat same trouble shooting examples over and over....Then they ship a part then after we week I have the same issue more trouble shooting experience but the oven never worked.......I submitted videos as requested then they ask me to repeat trouble shooting...I do not understand why the support team can not do something to resolve issue other than asking me to repeat the trouble shooting ? Can Blackstone please ship me replacement parts or a new unit! Can some one PLEASE help me get a working Pizza oven? BTW- I am happy to update my review after I enjoy a pizza from my working Blackstone pizza oven ....I love the way it looks:) but I did not purchase the oven to sit on my deck as a decoration :)

I own three other pizza ovens none have auto turn mechanisms like this one ( smartest thing ever), this oven is super powerful btu wise over 50,000 btu unlike any other gas oven on the market . This oven blows away all the rest heats quickly and the turning pizza stone makes this number one ! You don’t have to pay attention to every second it’s on the oven as it’s turning the pizza for you for a much better cooking experience than all the rest like ooni which I have but now retired !

Just ordered this and look forward to our first pizza cook! I've been researching all gas outdoor pizza ovens for a year now, and was considering an Ooni table top oven. The features on this new Blackstone pizza cooker blows the competition away. I have over 30 years experience in the pizza business and have cooked probably over 200,000 pizzas at my former restaurant. Also own a Blackstone griddle for my home outdoor ccok station, and can attest to their quality and customer support. Looking forward to posting another review when I receive this new pizza oven!

Lady waiting on part: please call them again if you didn’t already. I also had a part problem. No fault of theirs, store damage. I called and the representative guided me through how to do it by email and I had my new drawer in days.
I love all my Blackstone products and can’t wait to add this to my collection. Just have to wait for the price to go down a little.
