Generally, the fit and finish of the oven is well done and I would give the unit a five star rating except ... the unit arrived with damaged and torn open packaging, no parts were affected. Instructions for assembly are clear and it took me approximately an hour to complete. Now, the reasons for my three star rating are: two missing screws holding the oven stainless steel surround together ... even with photos clearly identifying the missing screws I was sent the wrong screws and after a second attempt I did receive the correct size screws. The turntable top screw holes were improperly drilled and a new turntable was required, the temp gauge was broken and a new gauge was required. It took much longer than expect to get the replacement parts.
Finally, five stars to customer service consultant E'Lana for her follow up and help.
I share this as constructive feedback in hopes Blackstone will work to eliminate these QC failures.

Just arrived today. packing was perfect. No damage. Instructions were simple. Couple errors in them but figured it out. Fired up my first pie.. worked awesome. Nice and crispy the way I like it. Will need to practice more with the heat control. Happy with my purchase.

Bought the new Pizza Oven with cart. Put it together on Saturday, directions were good, easy to install. Was going to cook a pizza on Sunday, the turn table stopped working about 5 minutes after I plugged it in. Pretty sure the engine went out. So, I was unable to use it. Now trying to get ahold of someone at customer service to ship me a new part. ugh. Not overly impressed so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought tis pizza oven last week and have made multiple pizzas on it so far, the big thing for me is they are local for me, the did an amazing job with this oven, thanks for listening blackstone is all around an amazing product from their griddles to the pizza ovens an innovative company

Was tired of my ooni never cooking the bottoms of my pizza. Blackstone knocked it out of the park with this pizza oven I absolutely love this thing! If you are out and comparing ovens this one will win all day long!!

Although we paid for our pizza oven over a month ago, we haven't been able to use yet, as several of the components we received were dented, scratched, and even missing parts (rivets and screws that were supposed to be already installed). The wheels look like they've been over rough concrete before we've even used. The customer support person I finally tracked down was very nice, and shipped replacement parts to us, which we just received. Again, immediately out of the box, a dent in the panel, but it does fit this time. We hope to use the oven soon, but have to say, am a little nervous to use this equipment that heats up EXTREMELY high when it feels like we got a returned unit, or at the very least, poor quality control at Blackstone.

rotation gets hung up in one spot need to push to spin. Also missing screws for handles. Will reach out to blackstone when i register to see about replacement parts
