Just received our Blackstone Pizza Oven w/stand. Made our homemade dough recipe and cooked 8 pizzas. First impression: Oven works beautifully, each pizza finished in about 2-3 minutes or less, and tasted great. Kept the stone temperature between 500-600 degrees. Assume they will cook "quicker" when I turn up the heat. Will experiment with next batch; overall we are very pleased with the results.

Value and operation of the pizza oven is not worth the cost. It looks nice, but generally disappointed with the temperature control as it is nearly impossible to keep it at a good range to cook a pizza versus obliterate it. I do not recommend.

We love it… one frustrating problem, though, is the button that stops/starts the pizza stone from spinning does not work. When we paid this much for a product I would expect for it to work properly. We didn’t know it wasn’t working until it was fully assembled and you can’t really do anything at that point.
