90 seconds to pizza heaven

I have had the older model for years and love it. This upgraded version is great with the stainless steel. I also have a high priced dome oven. Both are great ovens. I can launch pizzas on the Blackstone one right after the other, because the burner is a jet engine. Neapolitan pizzas cook in 90 second or less. The other oven needs a couple minutes to heat back up before the next pizza.
I also like that Blackstone is out of Utah and not China. The assembly instructions are easy to understand and comprehensive.

We bought this last before our annual fair so we could make gluten free pizza at the fair and it worked great. I have used it through out the year for my family and friends. This year I used it again for 38th annual fair and decided I will need a second one for next years fair. I couldn't hardly keep up with orders. If I had a second one going it would have been great. Thanks for an awesome product. I am in the market to buy a second one.
