I heard customers complain about the condition the unit when it arrived. I was lucky my unit was GREAT. The assembly was not bad it all. For me make sure your bolts lineup straight.

I purchased this Blackstone pizza oven and the stand and the piece of stones were missing from the box. I have wheels to the cart but not the cart itself.

Bent frame and scratched

Frame was bent for to put it together. It was hard to get everything lineup because it was so bad and warped kind of disappointed. I expected better quality.

Haven’t used it yet. I actually just finished seasoning my griddle and plan on using both (griddle and pizza oven) on the 4th or our “Independence Day Feast”.
