Pizza oven arrived without the owner manual necessary to assist with assembly. 30+ minute wait on hold to request one. Downloaded and printed one offline. I’m sure it’s a fantastic product, but requiring a review at the time of registering the product so that I can get support in case anything else is missing is a bit over the top.

Love this pizza oven. I am thrilled that you can lift off the oven to travel with!! This model has the rotating pizza stone for perfect pizzas!! All my neighbors love it too because I love using this and delivering pizzas to them.

I heard customers complain about the condition the unit when it arrived. I was lucky my unit was GREAT. The assembly was not bad it all. For me make sure your bolts lineup straight.
