Great instructions. All came together without a flaw in about 30 minutes. First cooked pizza was good, need to figure out a few things. Next two pizzas were absolute perfection. Wow, who would have thought, a man that struggles in the kitchen; could turn out a World Class Pizza.

We recently upgraded to this pizza oven from the 22" conversion unit. I am certain that this until will be as good (or better!) than our previous pizza cooker.
