My wife’s been wanting a pizza oven for quite some time. We settled on this one. And we have not been disappointed. Takes a little bit to figure out the right temperature for what you’re cooking. But once you have it figured out it’s great. You can cook a pizza in about two minutes.
I haven’t looked into it but it would be nice if there were a Blackstone forum that can give people good hacks. Like what kind of flower or stuff to use to make sure the pizza dough doesn’t stick to the stone etc. etc..

Really never thought I would have a pizza oven. But look at me now and it's pretty cool. I like everything about it and so far it's pretty cool

Took a chance and decided to make our dough by scratch ... well, it was the easy recipe, but LOL, for me if it isn't store bought, it's scratch.
Made a Supreme for the adult kids and a couple pepperoni pizzas for the grandkids.
We had a lot of fun and are looking forward to making other things in the oven now.
