We have not yet used. Installation is a little difficult at times it took about 2 hours since we have to take apart a few times

Screws all over the place as the package opened during shipping. Inside the untit, on the ground. I was able to recover them all and install

My wife’s been wanting a pizza oven for quite some time. We settled on this one. And we have not been disappointed. Takes a little bit to figure out the right temperature for what you’re cooking. But once you have it figured out it’s great. You can cook a pizza in about two minutes.
I haven’t looked into it but it would be nice if there were a Blackstone forum that can give people good hacks. Like what kind of flower or stuff to use to make sure the pizza dough doesn’t stick to the stone etc. etc..
