Excited but has glitches

Burner will not light using control knob and bottom stone does not turn. Hopeful Customer service will be helpful.

We have not yet used. Installation is a little difficult at times it took about 2 hours since we have to take apart a few times

Screws all over the place as the package opened during shipping. Inside the untit, on the ground. I was able to recover them all and install
