I got one of these over the summer and it has been great. The instructions detail how to light it and were easy to follow. Just let it get up to temperature and start cooking your pizza. It took me a little trial and error with the first pizza but then it was very easy. You have to remember to coat the cooking surface with corn starch or use precooked dough or your pizza will stick to the ceramic. Once got this down, I was cooking a pizza in less than five minutes. It makes a perfect stone fired look and taste. We had a party with 30 people and this pizza oven was perfect. I was easily able to cook enough pizza on demand and they were always hot and ready to eat. I would definitely recommend!

Challenging assembly due to unmarked hardware (includes pizza cart), i.e.; no A/B, up or down, right or left, a lot of taking apart and putting back together. Turn style is battery or AC powered, but none is mentioned in the instructions. Nothing works until the ignitor is plugged into the turn style motor, this is never mentioned in the instructions. Once assembled and figured out - we love the outcome of the pizzas. Would recommend purchasing, but be prepared for frustrating instructions, or lack thereof.

perfect right out of the box .can see the need for boxing the cart separately from the oven but ours made it with no dents the box looked liked world war three . unit works perfect infrared thermo is a must gauge read 400 stones was 650 perfect pizza first two times we love extending our deck to accommodate it , perfect purchase waited for it to come back after they discontinued it glad i did thermocouple safety is a great design
