So far so good. Had 2 pizza nights with very few issues. Im sure the issues were based on operator error. The shipping of the product seemed a little rough due to the transport. The temp gauge was broken during shipping and it was immediately correct by customer service. Overall seems to be a good purchase.

Amazing, cooks in 3-4 minutes……I ran about 500-550 degree, anything hotter seemed to cook the top to quickly not giving the dough enough time to cook.

I’ve been making pizzas for 40 years. This oven has taken my pizza making to the next level. The high temperature cooks the pizza very quickly and the dough to perfection. The rotating stone is a huge plus and helps cook the pizza evenly.

I can't find a proper temperature that evenly cooks the pizza. I wish there was a top burner also as the bottom burner seems to burn the crust before the top gets cooked.
