Just received and box was destroyed by Fed-Ex. Missing directions ( which I was able print online) then realized missing metal turntable tray. Called and then told to email request which I did and immediate follow up that part was ordered. Not Blackstone fault as box definitely went through some rough times so most likely missing part fell out as did the directions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great oven!
The bottom shelf that supports the propane tank needs to be stronger. I need to put a piece of angle along the back edge to strengthen it as you can see it buckles under the smallest of loads.

Placed the order on 2/24 and it delivered 2/28.
Took about an hour to put together. Very clear and easy instructions.
Made my first pizza within 2 1/2 of receiving the oven. Realy looking forward on trying different recipes.

Solid Oven, delivers more than promised, but...

The assembly instructions are poorly written. The step showing the feet for the oven being installed does not explain those rubber feet need removed if using the cart, caused extra delays as I had to double back, remove and reattach the brackets. A bigger issue is attaching the oven to the cart, the 4 M6x10 bolts are not long enough, had a few M6x15 bolts extra from my griddle, they worked perfect. In the process of trying to get the original bolts to catch I had to lean inside the cart and ended up bending the bottom plate of the cart. They offered to replace that part at no cost. Once in use, this oven performs great, puts out a great pie!

It’s a great pizza oven. Very easy to use and operate. It heats up and maintains the heat with the double pizza stone design. The only small negative is the instructions. Near the beginning of the assembly process, you need to assemble the handles. The instructions directs you to use the Allen head screws. After about 10 minutes looking through every bag one more time, I realized that those screws don’t exist. The other screws that are being used for the main assembly are the ones that will fit the assembly. Blackstone should get rid of that part of the instructions. Other than that, we have been making pizza’s each weekend since the Blackstone Pizza oven has arrived.
