I researched pizza ovens pizza ovens and found I wanted an oven large enough for a 16" pie and a rotating stone so I didn't have to manually rotate the pie as it baked. Wanting to have everything, I wanted the ability to burn other fuels, then realized I don't have time for other fuels. When I came across the Blackstone 6824 model, I knew it had the two most important features I wanted and the stand sealed the deal. You can also take the oven off the stand to make it more portable. After assembling the unit I fired it up. To help keep the house cooler, we had been using the gas grill to cook pizzas. The Blackstone cooks faster and much more evenly than the make shift rack we were using on the gas grill. We love it and look forward to making quesadilla, nachos and other treats we have yet to think of.

Excellent product. There was no manual in the box so that would be nice to have. Also oven sits on stand and there are no screws long enough to attach and secure to the stand. We don’t know if we are missing longer screws or if it is right because we don’t have the manual. Did a chat can’t find phone number and was told they are out of manuals and will print one out and mail but haven’t gotten it. We love the oven overall. Just for the price would have been nice to have instructions so we aren’t guessing.

So far this pizza oven is outstanding. Takes awhile to put stand together, however the stand is sturdy. The first pizza went well without problems. Second came out better. Like anything practice makes perfect. The only complaint is some of the stand pieces were slightly damaged. Nothing major, and this is a Fed Ex problem. As far as I am concerned the packaging was adequate.

Excellent quality, easy to assemble, easy to use. I have used this oven a few times now and it did not take long to get the hang of it. Helpful tip…our pizzas came out best when cooking at a lower heat (450/500).

Love our new pizza oven! Having a turn table for pizza to bake is genius. Pizza done in matter of minutes, no ordering, no waiting, no pick up. Pizza a little over baked first time, just have to get used to temps and cooking time. Still was delicious.
